My personal opinion about social media: Anything in excess can create an imbalance to my spiritual health. What is important for me, is understanding intention. If I’m incorporating social media into a small chunk of my day to find an inspiring message, to join someone in laughter, to elevate my connection to others that have similar interests, then I’m in a good space. If social media is filling a spiritual gap, amplifying a scarcity mindset, etc., then I’m likely to step into personal work and other activities before hopping on. I encourage you to do a bit of laundry sorting to fully understand your intention before following my content. If you’re in a good space, then JOIN ME!
